Deflector

Got my test deflecter in the mail today. I tried it out but as I suspected after looking at it, it didn't help. Previously I took non-used blind and taped it to the current deflecter and found the same thing. After I tried the new one the rake just pushed the poo into the new deflector and stopped the rake. It tried several times with no luck.

Anyone else get one? April said that they weren't tested yet so we are really the testers here. I can't wait for it to be successful and really like that a company wants to work with their consumers.

Also, anyone get their tester box yet? My motor i think is on the downfal as I keep getting the loud POP halfway through.

I've returned to this forum today looking for any updates on the SS. It looks like they are still having problems. My Littremaid is on the way out but it's still under warrenty.

I should say that I have been using the deflector for a few days now. The first day didn't go so good. But now I find that I'm not having as much flinging poo anymore. It really depends how "much" the rake is trying to lift up and where it is on the rake when it reaches the deflector. So far it is doing ok though.

I did call customer service about my motor and left a voice mail for April. They were closed for some days over Xmas and New Years so I expect I'll hear from her this week as they have great CS.
