I'm so frustrated. I bought the SmartScoop even with it's bad reviews, in hopes it would be easy enough for DH to deal with while 'm pregnant.

I can't even get the thing to work out of the box. The rake binds with the box itself and gets stuck. I've reassembled it 5 times thinking I did something wrong, but it's still not working.

I've called the help number and got voice mail.

Urg.

Received new motor from Smart Scoop and it works, but the jury is out on if I like it or not.

It still flung clumps on the floor. The company wouldn't help me any further, so I'm just out the money.
