Cat rejected box

Postby tiggerroo » Sun Nov 08, 2009 11:35 am

After two weeks of going well, one of my cats had an accident. They never have accidents. This happened last year when I tried scoopfree. I thought it was because things got jammed and I did see it for a few days. Guess not. Bax to clumping litter. GRRR

I'm really sorry to hear this! ......and am hoping it was just a one time accident (although from your description it sound like it's not).

If in the end the SF is not your solution you should not be stuck with a Forever Tray and trying to sell it, or worse yet just recycling it.

In that case, please send it back to me and I'll refund your purchase price. In these situations, the trays still get a full and useful life as there are several cat shelters I support (that use the SF system) by donating trays to them. So the tray won't go to waste.

Again, so sorry to hear this........

Thanks. As much as I like the system, if that cats won't use it it isn't the right one.

I completely understand. Every once in awhile I've come across this -- there's just nothing you can do. Please drop me a note off-line and we'll get the ball rolling for your return/refund. Let's get you taken care of.
:)

And I'm hoping this doesn't mean we'll be losing you at LBC as well!!
