I have been having a problem getting my rake clean. Emailed customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement for the entire unit with a return shipping mailer to send back the old one.

What a great company!

I just experienced a similar thing. I've been using SF for around 6 months. The rake had completely rusted. I emailed the company and without hesitation they sent me a new unit with a return UPS label to ship back the old top. Now that is great customer service.
