I have agree 100%. I will not be ordering from Permascoop again. I ordered a tray and a PermION from them and I never received the later. They ignored my emails again and again and their phone was disconnected. Very shady in my opinion. I had to get my creditcard company to refund my money since Permascoop had basically disappeared. Buyer beware I guess.

I ordered a PermaScoop cartridge on the internet a few days ago. Their phone number 425-760-0665 is disconnected and the 800 number on their website 1.800.489.8602 is some voice mail box that no one answers and no one has called me back. I sent them an email to sales@permascoop.com to inquire about the status of my order and I've received no reply. Is this company still in business ??????? I hope they are, and I hope they ship me the Permascoop Cartridge that I ordered as soon as possible.

I'm tired of buying those Scoop Free cartridges every month, and I find that the Fresh Step Litter that comes with them is too dusty, and is not odor absorbant enough for use in my small apartment.
