As a new user, I'm really having a good experience with my ScoopFree so far. However, I've noticed one consistent issue - some poop always seems to be stuck behind the rake in its resting position. How it gets there is a Mystery.
The cat goes where its supposed to. After this, presumably, the scoop free auto-magically runs after 20 minutes, the rake goes through the litter, and sweeps poop into the cardboard flap.
Invariably, however, I come back and find that the scoopfree has finished raking, the rake is back in its home position. Most of the poop is gone but, horror of horrors, some small pieces are now sitting BEHIND the rake in its resting position.
Anyone seeing this?
