How many lbs in cartridge?

How many lbs in cartridge?

So I had seen somewhere that the cartridges are pre-filled with 3 lbs, but also 4.5lbs.

Can someone tell me the right figure?

I believe it is 4.5 lbs.

Cartridge box says 4.5 lbs, and weight of cardboard is negligible...
