Automatic Litterbox Central

We just recently got six refill cartridges from Smart home, and it seems like the design has been changed for the worse. There is now a half-inch cardboard ridge approximately an inch or two away from the front-end of the tray. I thought the first tray was just a fluke, but we just opened the second one and it's the same.

This has the effect of causing the poop trap to fill up quicker and subsequently stick to the rake.

This ridge wasn't there on previous cartridges, and I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this.

Abbeytoo, I think if you start selling your custom-made trays, you are going to make a fortune.

Sounds like they're trying to sell more cartridges.
