Hello all,
Im Tazd's boyfriend. I would just like to append some info to her "review"/experience with the purforma litterbox. I was actually quite a bit dissappointed more than anything. The company itself actually did replace the unit originally admitting to the original model having defects which would make it not complete the rake cycle. The replacement actually seemed to work VERY well, but the motor appears to have burnt out within 2 months and now they offered a refund. So I am quite impressed with the customer service (all correspondence was by email and was very prompt, sometimes multiple email responses with same day)
We have 3 mid sized cats (none over 13 or 14 pounds?) so we did be sure to check the waste receptacle and make sure it wasnt stalled at least daily, and this is the second automated brand litterbox we have tried. SO given there customer service I really tried to make sure it worked, but alas it was not to be. Since they have offered a refund we are now in the market for another box (with 3 cats and automated one makes it Soooo much easier for care and smell control)...
I just wanted to point out that if maybe they get all the kinks worked out in there product(they actually said that in thier email) to give them a try, and I just might if we cant find anything better.
