Omega Paw Litterbox Frame?

Omega Paw has an inexpensive, manually-operated litter box that uses gravity to collect waste in a tray.

Omega Paw Litterbox Frame?

Would like to try this one but floor space is problematic. I had this great idea, but unfortunately I R not a engineer.

It seems like you could build a frame for this that rolls the box in place. The center of gravity would have to be about 2 feet off the ground, necessitating a couple of stairs for the cat (move out of the way to spin), and it would of course have to lock in place so it doesn't move when it's in use. But this would make it easy for older people to use, and to use in tight spots.

Has anybody, by any chance, thought of this/built one?

Don't bother.

Figuring out how to make this litterbox work (the right amount of little... how to roll it just right.... and how to put it together to avoid litter leak) is not worth it. Just use a scoop and plastic bag for poop and pee removal is just as easy... not work a penny over a paper box with a plastic bag as a liner...

Hey, I see your post is a year old, but in case you are interested, CostCo recently came out with the Litter Spinner.

I had never heard of the Litter Spinner and am always interested in looking at a new box, so I typed this into Dogpile and found out that the homepage for this won't connect. Next I tried the Costco link and it said the item was not available. Moved onto the Amazon link and it said the web address is not functioning correctly. Also, the first three You Tube links had been removed. I finally found one that worked and could find this on Ebay, but no where else seems to have this anymore. Wonder why it seems to have been pulled... I wanted to see if it broke apart for cleaning and how hard it was to do. If you have any more information on it, please let me know.

Thanks,
Dawn :)

They seem to have this back up and I found it easily now. Seems it would be to small for most of my cats, but if they come out with a bigger one, I would be interested in trying it. Like the Omega Paws, but easier to turn and without that annoying screen to remove and clean.
