Automatic Litterbox Central

I have had a LitterSweep Ultra for about 3 months. While not perfect, the box does work pretty well,especially for the price. However, the metal rake was starting to rust. I wrote Sytlette and received an e-mail response in about an hour saying they were sending me a new rake. I just thought I'd share in case anyone else has this same problem.

I am having an issue with the LSU. It cannot seem to relaibly repeat it's drops. The arm and rake are supposed to swivel down to dump but many times just bangs into the lid and then returns the refuse to the box. I would like the email or website of these people. I can't find it on google. Help would be appreciated.
