[b]My Rake is stuck at the beginning![list=]

The light will go on, then start to blink quickly. When I turn it on, the rake doesn't move. I took it apart, and put it back together, but nothing has happened.
I haven't seen any posts or topics on this type of littermaid, so if anyone can help me, that would be great!
If you could figure out how to reset the littermaid, thank you.
Please help me
