Automatic Litterbox Central

Well I've got an unsusual problem. The "start' button appears to be stuck and I think it's causing my error 2. The box will drain and clean but to do so it needs to be completely unplugged then it starts automatically. cleans the box and drains it. But leaves it with the error 2 light flashing. Anyone have some ideas on how to fix this?

Any help appreciated. I hope this company gets back in business soon. It's crazy how dependent I am on this box.

Those are two different problems: A stuck start button does not cause an error 2.

With a stuck start button, you have to power-cycle the box before you can get it started again, if it starts at all.

An error 2 means that the box cannot drain the water quickly enough. It usually means either the exit valve at the end of the drain hose or the impeller at the bottom of the processing unit is clogged. Think: hair.
