My litterfree is giving me an error 2 message. The heater is not coming on when it dries. What can I do.

Is there water in the box? If so, then check the drain hose for a kink and check the filter at the end for a clog. The pump may also be clogged.

If there is no water in the box, then be sure that there are not too many granules in the box. Also, be sure the litterfree is on a level surface.

Let us know if any of these help, or if you are still having problems.

I think the pump was partially clogged with hair. I took everything out and made sure it was cleaned and put her back together. Shes ran about 4 cycles so I think I'm ok.
