Automatic Litterbox Central

I am having a problem where the box is just filling that union between the box and the back control box merge and then it tries to chure dry pellets. After about 10 or 15 seconds the water starts to pump again. it will fill up and finish the cycle with the full alotment of water. this happens on every wash cycle. When the wash is done and it starts to dry. i get a er2 error but the drying cycle will complete. can someone please help me to figure out whats wrong. have only had for a couple weeks. have not even used 1/2 of a solution bottle.

I've had my litterfree since Jan. 2004. Just recently my litterfree did the samething. All I did was unplug it and plug it back in. Then it worked. But it did it again a few days later. So I unplugged it again, but it didn't work. So then I left it unplugged for about 30 seconds, but it didn't work. Then I left it unplugged for a minute and it worked. Since then I've had error lights and cycles where it wouldn't drain. Everytime I unplug it and come back several minutes to plug it in. It starts right up and completes the cycle perfectly. And I've had no problems since.
