Automatic Litterbox Central

I have a Litter Robot that works OK except that I find spilled litter on the floor to the right (as your looking at the front) of the Robot. I have watched my cat and there is no way she can kick litter out the hole. The litter is distributed on the floor to the rear and front of the machine. Has anyone had a similiar problem?

I just got mine today and noticed this same problem. It appears that litter comes out of the the side waste doors if it's kicked high enough. Anyway to secure that (anyone)?
