do you have to have it shipped and they recieve it before the 30 days is up? or do you have to have it postmarked by 30 days after you recieve it? just wondering... i cant wait to try it tho!

I'm not positive about your question, but I believe the 30 day countdown starts 1 week after your order is shipped. But double check that with the company.

man thats pretty crappy if it starts before you even get it

This is a quote I got from Lauren on 12/14/04: "We also don't start your trial period or warranty period until a week after the ship date."
