Does anyone know why there's a price difference between the black color and the bone color?

Has anyone tried the black but your cat didn't like it, so you got the bone and your cat liked it (or vice versa)? I'm not sure if color will make a difference with my cats. Just wondering how much of a hassle it would be to return one and try the other, especially since I'd be paying for the return shipping.

Also, where can you find a refurbished unit, and how much is it? I didn't see an option for it in the LR website.

The price difference is because of the cost of materials. They can only buy it in smaller quantities, so it costs more. To get a refurbished one type "reconditioned" in the special instructions box.
