Automatic Litterbox Central

Hi there. Just got my Litter Robot today. Fast shipping, just ordered it on Monday! Anyway, got it out and let the curious (3) cats watch as I pulled it out of the box. Set up in the basement next to the litter pan with crystals. Cats were interested, but not really going close. I took my big boy (Chips) and put him at the front, once he smelled there was litter, he climbed in (no small feat for him) and was sniffing around. He used the bathroom with his head sticking out, and then had to bend back around to cover it up. I wonder if eventually he will give up on covering it up. Then the little guy (Jamaica 7 months) was curious so I held him up to the opening. I actually had to place him inside, and he looked like he was about to high tail it out, and then stopped because he could smell Chips had been there. Then low and behold, he went to the bathroom, and covered it up and hopped right out. I think he is going to avoid the step for a while. So now waiting for the female, Patches, to try it out. She is interested and will go catiously sniff at the opening, but not go in. When I picked her up and walked towards it she was very scared like I was going to put her in a carrier or something and started struggling, so I put her down and talked nice. Then she went to sniff and walked away, so I didn't scar her. So it may not take long for the cats to acclimate. Looks like it will just be making sure it lasts and doesn't break down like the LitterMaid.

How are they doing now with it? Are they all using it?
