Motor only moves slowly

Postby ironwood » Sun Dec 21, 2008 1:39 pm

My litter box will only move very slowly unless I help it. I have cleaned everything but it still has this problem?

What kind of litter box is it, how old is it, and has it been a problem for quite a while?

Hi, It's the litter robot but I'm not sure if it's the original or newer version. It's 2.5 - 3 years old. It just started to happen. Thanks

Is it possible you attached a power supply intended for a different product?

Thanks, it is the correct power cord. I'll check the voltage though.

I'll bet you I know exactly what it is! More than likely you have just allitte to much litter in there and the motor can't move it as it is to HEAVY!
Take out some litter!

Hello I am from Switzerland.

I have also a problem with the motor.

I have a new electric board and the problem is still existing.
I dismounted the motor and it is blocked. Only when i help it with my fingers, it turns for a few seconds.

My question: do enybody know the technical specifications of the motor?
i would like to buy another alternative motor with the same specifications in a hardware store.
