Automatic Litterbox Central

So after the machine has scooped itself, the pee "biscuits" will roll down the edge and it ALMOST rolls into the hole to go into the waste tray but the machine stops and rotates back into the opposite direction. Are there any suggestions? I am using a litter robot that is a year and a half old. I am using clay clumping litter and i bought the machine used but it seems quite functional.

any advice? why isn't it rotating enough for the waste to go in? if it rotated another 6 inches it would be perfect.

boy i feel silly. the darn thing was off center so it wasn't "fully rotating"
