Feces/Urine deposits on sides of Globe interior

Do any LR owners have this problem with their cats? On the one hand, the LR is practically maintenace free, but on the other hand, it seems ther are alot of opportunities for urine/feces to build up on the insides which make it a pain to clean--even with a garden hose.

Try different cat litters, as many as you can find. This is usually because the cat litter can't dehydrate the stuff before the globe starts turning, so it slops all over the globe. Some litters absorb the moisture faster than others. Try brands that brag on the label about how "hard" they clump.

I wish there were a way to adjust the timer to give it the litter more time. Hey, wait, that should go onto the LR wish list.
