As part of your wipe maintenance you might want to try Nature's Miracle spray sold at pet stores, it is an alcohol base (kills germs) and contains enzymes that break down organic matter (urine and feces). I don't have a LR but I use this stuff to clean my regular litter box it gets rid of all the smell even older scratched up boxes.
