Automatic Litterbox Central

I have a LR1 that I'd like to sell, but have no idea how much to charge. It is bisque and modified. The waste ports have been cut out larger and the bottom of the drawer has been cut out so that the whole thing can sit on a larger receptacle (we used a large wooden box DH made that had a drawer)

Any idea if this is sellable and how much to ask for?

I sild my "unmodified" for $75 recently on Craig's List. I tried a listing at $100, but didn't get a hit, at $75 it was sold inside a few days.
