Automatic Litterbox Central

I've got the same problem in my brand new robot.. it rotates too far and thumps past the doors then rotates back to almost the right spot...

I had the demo litter break open in the box while it was being shipped... tried to clean it all really well but it didnt help... guess I'll call them on monday...

I'm having a little bit of a different issue. All the lights are working but the top part isn't rotating. Do you know how to fix this?
