Automatic Litterbox Central

I recently purchased a LR about a month ago... I got the one with the FINE screen.. For those of you with the fine screen, what litters have you found to work the best? Also how often have you had to change the litter itself?

They say that the fine screen should be used with the clay clumping litters, only.

We change out the litter bed about once a month, but are experimenting with exactly how much litter to ADD in between the complete changes. Right now, we're thinking two scoops twice a week, but maybe one will be sufficient. I'll try to remember to post once we figure it out.
