Post questions and information regarding the forthcoming Litter Revolution here

In a search on the net, I seem to recall that I saw this product as a legitimate use of a marketing company trying to market a product before it was even conceived.

The weirdest thing the company has said so far:

With the recent increases in fuel and plastics prices we have had to devote additional time and resources into the design phase.

This really sounds like B.S. They need to redesign the product to use... less plastic?

After over a year of no product sales, you'd think that if the product were really that good and competitive with the Litter Robot, they'd go ahead and add $50 to the price to cover the alleged extra manufacturing cost and start selling the damn thing instead of finding a cheaper way to make it.

I say the product as designed quickly turns the inside of the drum into a gross litter-caked mess. No one would want this. Since the solid drum (with no liner) is fundemental to the design, they're stuck with something they can't sell.

Well... I emailed them weeks ago... a very polite and simple email saying essentially, "just wondering if you have a better idea of when it will be released... even a rough guess" and they never replied. I'm becoming convinced that, saddly, the Litter Revolution is dead and will never see the light of day.

I've already contacted them recently and posted what they had to say.

I seriously doubt this product will materialize soon, if ever.

It would be neat if the Litter Robot could use some of this product's proposed concepts. It would be neat if it only had to rotate once in one direction and didn't have that mysterious litter reservoir.

I imagine you have a phone, and if you want to know, YOU contact him. I already provided the contact info for you, and although it may not seem like it, I'm actually not an employee here.

Besides, apparently Jeff already talked to him and as far as I can tell it's vaporware.

I don't care about this fictitious product, so I have no reason to call. You posted the contact info and then told someone else to call them.
