Automatic Litterbox Central

All was well until couple of days ago.

Now when it cycles, it starts backwards which means litter comes spilling out of fill holes. What a mess!

have pushed cycle button...

have unplugged power supply and turned off/on power button.

Also notice than when it cycles, it comes to a bump and the gear stops turning it..Then it reverses itself and comes back. Gear out of whack??

Bad circuit board now?

Help!!
