Could someone invent disposable sifting pans?

Okay, I know this idea  wouldn't be automated, but it's not a bad idea.

I have two kitties, netiher of them being very small (12 and 22 pounds)and have tried everything under the sun for kitty litter product. I've done the Littermaid (broke within two weeks), litter-robot (was too small for my kitties, had to return it), regular sifting pans (my boy kitty is a bottom pee-er, those slats got clogged up a lot-and a pain in the butt to wash them), sifting kitty liners (my boy kitty also a 20-minute bottom scratcher, rip those liners up too much to be funtional), and crystal litter (that stuff just ended up yucky and stinky and scattered all over the place)-so bascially I can tell Scoopfree won't work enough for me to spend the money on it.

So I'm basically stuck scooping litter every couple days, which really bothers my back. I'm suggesting, to anyone who wants manufacture it, sturdier, but disposable sifting pans be a good idea. Maybe sell a base pan with 5 disposble lift out and toss trays, with refills available to re-line the base pan. And maybe make it in two size really jumbo (my boy kitty requests this) and normal size.

Anyone come up with this yet? Or please say someone has all ready.

Well it's not exactly the same, but it should save your back.... Mainly because you can sit in a chair (like I do) and do your scooping into a disposal system. The most work comes when every 2 or three weeks when you have to cut and throw out the liner. It's also really big.
