Hi my name is Willow Dawn and I have six Maine Coon Cats. I purchased a Cat Genie, and so far love it, except for the price of the cartridges! I didn't know it wouldn't run without a cartridge! I joined for more information on finding a cartridge reset device, and also what I can use safely for the refilling of the cartridges. I'm browsing right now, found the link to the reset device, but the site is down... someone help???
