Not a scam. Got one several weeks ago, just not hooked it up yet.. doing too much right now. Who cares if i haven't had more than 15 posts.... I used to live in TN, Dickson County actually, had a practice in Ashland City right in the Walmart complex that was wiped out in the May flood that hit. Could google Life Source of Ashland City, lost practice and house so we moved... Now reside and practice in WV. Real person that got one, so if that isn't good enough then you have other issues, lol.

I also had the other resetter for the 60 model that I sold to another person on this board in another post on Selling 60 resetter....

i am very interested in purchasing a cartridgeGenius please let me know when you are going to make more or even if you are going to make any more. Or if i can be added to a waiting list.

That is correct; The project doesn't make a lot of sense because the devices cost a lot of money to customers, require a lot of time to assemble, and don't make me a profit big enough to make it worth my time.

No, it is not. I will not reveal any absolute numbers, but everybody who paid for their order received their device. He haven't had any complaints, troubles or even questions, which is surprising because the installation procedure does require some assembly. To customers have accidentally purchased this device for a Model 60 box, which it does not support. Both of them were offered a refund, only one customer took it. The other sold the devices successfully on eBay, right after the day we shipped our last unit.

I ask this because I see a bunch of people "received" their purchase

They cost a lot of money, so I understand people don't feel the need to express their enthusiasm after receiving what they've paid for, for a device that does what is promised.

Listen, I understand your frustration, but I really don't see your problem.
This is just a small project, developed by a guy (= me) who was curious to see if he could bypass the new cartridge chip. So I first rewrote the whole internal Model 120 from scratch and called the project CatGenius, hence my nickname (not because I think I'm a genius). Many people turned out to be interested, but reprogramming a CatGenie isn't exactly suitable for everybody, so I though out an alternative. That turned out to be CartridgeGenius. I sold a couple, to earn back the expensive soldering tools I had to buy.

CatGenius firmware is now available to everybody, and it's free. I'm not allowed to post URLs here, but it's now an Open Source Google Code project, so I'm sure those interested will be able to find it.

CartridgeGenius devices are out of stock and will no longer be produced until I decide otherwise. I'm looking for alternatives so I can sell them at a more affordable price. If I cannot find any, I will make CartridgeGenius Open Source too, diagrams and all.

First of all, I NEVER questioned the price of the product. Ever. What I questioned was your shady emails telling me to send money when you clearly didn't have the product and stated in your email that you would not be producing any more. Those are your words. If there is anyones credibility on the line, it's yours. I'm suppose to send you money, and then some person in another country (who is out of stock and not producing more) is supposed to send me something? Sorry, thats a scam. And if you're all upset that your email is now available to your customers - well, that only makes you look worse.

If you read the email that we sent to you you would know that the first think it stated was that we are out, and we will notify you when/if we have more. And then it said, "here is the original invitation email below" It has all the information you need to know. Yes, it says how to pay! It was the original email when we had stock as the email states! Don't you think that if we have scammed even one person, they would have posted that on this forum?!?! Where do you think people find out about the product!?!? You don't have to worry about being scammed. I wont ship you one either way.

Of course our customers have our email already! How do you think they know? The email I sent them is the same one I sent you! They have to know our emails to get a hold of us, and also to pay! You don't have to like our process or product, but please remove our emails from the forum!

And yes, He builds them and I ship from the US. It keeps you from having to pay sky high shipping and you get it much faster if your in the US.

When did we try to sell something we don't have? We only gave you the information ahead of time. Sorry for being upfront and honest.

Ive had this identity, weddlerr, the longest, You are stating the obvious! Read through the previous posts. Ive told people about CartridgeGenius with this identity several times. I made a separate email for people to order from. It's very common in the world today. It helps me keep track and keep my emails separate for organization. I've been in this forum for a long time. I also have other emails for other projects... I hope that doesn't make you think less of me. You are unreal. I can't logic with crazy.

FYI - Catgenius and I are two separate people. He builds them, I ship them, been that way for a while...
