I have a problem. With high humidity this fires both leds, with the high water led flashing. It will do this with the leads out of the cat genie. Looks like sensitivity is too high. Is there a schematic available or do I have to draw one from the board layout?

I can send you a schematic of the version 2 board. It's on my other computer. PM me your email address.

Here is another 3-beep solution: http://www.litterbox-central.com/litter-box/post21633.html

Basically, you'r replacing the weak burned out led. It would be simpler to just replace the led. But your resolution would work fine, too.

It's rather hard to me to replace the led, I'm afraid to damage device. I opened Processing Unit, the led seemed almost unreachable, it's covered by some compound. And I'm not sure that precisely led is broken, not the microcontroller output.

The leds are cheap and go dimmer and dimmer. If afraid to open the processing board... wires are short and you really have to be talented to sucessfully do it, then you solution or the better replacement are the way to go. I work on small electronics and some circuits are hard to get at and this is one of them.

Can I get one of these boards without the LEDs on the board?

I want to install the LEDs into a control module with the cartridge genius.

Just a couple wires soldered to the board with loose LEDs would be great.

Preferably Blue and Red.

I already have one of your older modules and it is an absolute life saver.

I don't want to mess with my current board, because I can't have any down time.
