Well, I called on Thursday and was told that it was really odd that it was stopping and not giving an error message. She said that she was going to have to eMail the engineer and would get back to me on Friday. Then on Monday (since I'd heard nothing) I called and was told that the person I spoke with was out of the office but they would follow up with me that day. Today I call back (since I'd heard nothing) and I get to leave a voicemail.
I'm really loving their level of customer service.
