Automatic Litterbox Central

I have 3 cats. One of them has never been into covering up after she goes. She seems extremely disgusted by the fact that she produces waste at all and just wants to get away from it ASAP. Do you suppose this could be an indication that she might actually PREFER to use the toilet?
