Cat litter alternatives overseas?

Postby cousinoftheape » Mon Aug 11, 2008 4:46 am

Well, we're living in Korea for the next few years. We actually shipped enough Feline Pine with our clothes to last a few months, but when that's gone we're in trouble...

The only litter I have been able to find here is clay-based. Our tabby hates it (i.e. refuses to use it), and our Maine Coon ends up with it stuck to her fur.

Any ideas on alternatives? So far I haven't found anywhere that can ship litter here for less than a small fortune...

Help!

The Smart Cat Boc (www.smartcatbox.com) uses safflower seeds, sold as bird food...

be careful and don't use corn chicken feed because it can have aflatoxin contamination, causes liver damage in cats.
